| Material: | Thermally broken aluminium profiles to DIN 4108 material group 2.2 |
| Profiles: | Narrow projection widths, 50mm construction depth. |
| Glazing: | Glazing beads can be slotted throughout. Double glazing to architects specification up to 30mm. |
| Expansion: | Up to 10mm expansion compensation possible, therefore, remaining equally impenetrable to the elements under hot and cold conditions. |
| Running Gear: | Articulated twin tandem mounted double pair rollers with adjustable height reinforced running gear for low noise and long life heat resistant up to 120°c. |
| Floor Track: | Aluminium track can be supplied with raised weather bar or flush recessed into floor |
| Locking: | 2 or 3 point integral lever with 24mm stroke, pressure checked up to 1000 Pascals. Lever rods have plastic end caps to stop wear and tear and noise. Profile cylinder locks available inside and out upon request. |
| Suspension: | System supplied top hung or floor supported. |
| Features: | Available with a separate or attached tilt and turn panel (turning 180°). Each panel can be locked in a partially open position. All systems can be supplied as standard with proprietary handles and profile cylinder lock. |
| Tests: | Officially tested to stress group 'C' to DIN 18055 by the Window Institute Rosenheim to Euro standards. Officially tested and certified according to US standard security and weather testing. |
| Note: | To achieve stress
group 'C' the panels are required to withstand 5 litres water spray per minute per square metre of panel with wind pressure increasing from 300Pa to 600Pa at 50Pa increments. The panels are then opened and closed 10,000 times each way, then the wind and rain test is repeated. If a single drop of water penetrates or air leakage exceeds 1m3/hour the screen will fail. |
